Who is your typical client?
There is no typical client. I base who I work with on whether we are a match and they are open to my style, approach and coaching. I have worked with mainly females ages 17-69, in all career fields and levels including doctors, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, retirees, mothers, and students as well as a lower % of males.
Who needs coaching?
No one needs coaching. You can achieve anything you set your mind to all on your own. If you couldn’t, you wouldn’t be able to come up with the idea in the first place. However working with me will help you reach your goals faster. (And it’s more fun when we work as a team!) I can help you with fresh perspectives, challenge you in positive ways to think bigger beyond your ego, help you recognize where ego may be creating barriers for you and map out your next steps from a place of creativity, intuition and power.
Who needs energy healing?
Energy work is beneficial for anyone who is open to it. When symptoms are present in the physical body it is an indicator that there is dis-ease energetically. The body has a way of signaling when something warrants your attention.
I never want someone to feel they are broken or need healing, but rather to approach the healing work we do together as a way to enhance their health, vitality, creativity, inner strength and clarity through the energy work I do.
With that I do not heal my clients, I foster space and guidance for them to activate their own healing force within through my intuitive process. When you have a healthy inner environment, the body will follow. Due to all the physical and emotional variables we face daily, doing energy work regularly can only help to keep you feeling youthful, vibrant and strong.
What’s the difference between coaching, consulting and therapy?
Coaching is all about getting ideas out of you and you choosing what you want to do with them based on your excitement and positive vibration surrounding those ideas.
Consulting is all about putting ideas into you, and telling you what action steps to take.
Professional Coaching is distinctly different than counseling, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis, and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems.
Clients are not under the medical care of Nicole M. Isler, and she is not acting as a Psychiatrist or Psychoanalyst in this collaboration. Nicole M. Isler is not a licensed therapist and the client is responsible for all their decisions, actions and feelings.
My coaching style is a mix of both coaching and consulting and clients find their process with me therapeutic. I clearly define when I’m presenting an idea or suggestion and it is always up to you to explore or reject whatever I present. I may also present you with an action challenge if I sense a behavior pattern stemming from a limiting belief that may be holding you back from greater results.
Do I need to sign a contract to work with you?
Certain one-to-one services and products I offer, typically those that span over a few weeks to months, will require you to sign a client contract just to make sure we are on the same page. This document serves as our agreement and outlines what is included in the services, product or program you enrolled in. It also helps to clarify policies, procedures and requirements from client and coach.
Do you accept insurance?
Since Professional Coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, any healthcare insurance does not apply. Clients who have certain freedoms choosing non-traditional services for their wellbeing have submitted payment through reimbursement of their flex-spending plan through their employer. It is best to inquire with your own plan if anything like this is available to you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, and credit card are accepted. Clients have used PayPal credit and also submitted payment from personal investors for their coaching.
Bartering and trade are not accepted. It’s a better energy exchange to pay for services and receive payment for services. This also keeps things energetically balanced as far as billing and what each person charges for their services. I also package services for transformation over time based on my experience vs. hourly rates so calculating what is fair and equal can get complicated.
Do you require a deposit?
No. Upon booking of services we collect the total investment or a payment is made toward a flex-payment plan. This is non refundable much like an attorney’s retainer. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling it will be applied toward future services or what is agreed upon in the coaching contract.
Do you offer refunds?
No. As a service based business there is no way to recoup invested time once a session or service is started. There are no refunds for sessions missed, no call / no show sessions or unused sessions. If a client should decide not to continue before the end of their contracted time they forfeit the balance of their fee. If a client is unwilling to participate in the assignments or repeatedly miss their scheduled calls, Nicole Isler has the right to cancel their contract without a refund.
Company does not offer refunds. Client agrees to pay the total amount due pursuant to Paragraph 5. If services call for payment to be made in multiple payments, and Client becomes unsatisfied with the services or products after providing partial payment, Client agrees to pay the total fee agreed upon. If Client becomes unsatisfied with Company’s services or products, Client is still required to pay the total due in the signed contract. By making a payment you have agreed to our refund policy.
Do you offer lifetime access to course content?
Yes. However the term lifetime in the digital world does not always mean forever.
A Subscription Service means that users of the specific product or service will be billed periodically based on the selected subscription plan, and in exchange, they will receive updates & new features. Access to materials ends with the paid subscription.
Lifetime access for the single time payment, (one paid in full amount or specific payments over time for the total amount) offers unlimited access to the new acquisition, and further updates, again, without any other payments.
The length of the lifetime access, depends from product to product and from service to service, not your lifetime as a user. The average for my products is 2-5 years depending on relevancy, the area I am teaching or focused on, and any other changes in information, data or strategies on the topic of interest.
